This 1,200 square-foot medical spa, SkinPlus Beauty, located in Pincrest, was designed by Balance Architecture. The project involved the complete renovation of a former gym into a sophisticated and welcoming med spa that reflects the client’s mission to help individuals renew their appearance and confidence.
As a commercial renovation, the design required strict adherence to local building codes and healthcare regulations. The transformation focused on creating a calm, functional, and modern space that supports both clinical procedures and a relaxing client experience.
